"I Alone" is not a love song. According to Ed Kowalczyk, the song is much more abstract and deep. In reality, it's based on the need to discover "truth" for oneself as opposed to relying on others. I always thought it was a stalker song and fit the O.J. Simpson-Nicole Brown relationship...
