Midnight Oil: Beds Are Burning (1987)

"Beds Are Burning" is considered one of music's most important songs. It deals turning indigeonous lands back to Australian native peoples. In particular, many were moved in the 1950s and 60s to the Papunya Settlement. Midnight Oil argues that the government should return the land to its people.

I always thought it was about Euro colonialism.
