Frank Sinatra hated "Strangers in the Night" and called it "a piece of shit." Well, it went to #1. Sometimes there is a disconnect between what artists think and what fans like. The song is famous for Sinatra's improved "doo-be-doo-be-doo" which later inspired Scooby Doo.
