Queen: Rock n Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2001




Queen formed in 1970. Originally, they were influenced by Prog Rock and hard rock. They changed their name from Smile to Queen when Freddie Mercury joined. They released their first album in 1973.

They truly began to sound like Queen with their third album, Sheer Heart Attack.


Then, a masterpiece off of A Night At The Opera


By the mid-70s, they were one of the most innovative bands in the world.
